The battery bundle arrived on time and packaging was great! All items were shipped and in showroom condition. They arrived on Friday evening and I had a tournament on Sat am. Put battery in after tournament. It was quick ,simple and looks great!
Only had time to put battery in and not accessories. Very satisfied!

The original battery was damaged in shipping, which wasn’t ideal but I called Frank in customer support and he quickly determined that it would have to be replaced. The replacement battery works great and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Came delivered in great shape at 40% SOC
Came delivered in great shape at 40% SOC. Packaged well. I put on charge to bring up to 100% and balance, but will charge to 90-95 afterwards. App is excellent for charger and battery, and gauge is simple and effective. Time Will tell on durability but I'm impressed this far.
