Thanks for choosing ExxPower. We guarantee that all ExxPower products are strictly tested by our quality inspectors before delivery. If you have any questions after receiving the products, please contact us by email: support@exxpower.com.

The following "Return & Refund Policy" applies to ExxPower products.

Returns Policy

Eligibility:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After you email us to apply for a return, we will reply to you within 24 hours.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Process:

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  2. Shipping: ExxPower will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for the return was the result of OUR error. In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges are paid by the customer. Fees vary by region.

  3. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Further explanation on liability for freight:

We cover return shipping costs due to our error. Examples of instances may include:

  • Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.

  • We shipped out the wrong item.

  • We shipped it to the wrong address.

  • We shipped a duplicate order.

  • Item malfunctioned during the 30-day returns period. (The customer should install and operate the item properly per the product manual instruction.)

Customer cover return shipping costs due to customer error.

ExxPower will provide the pre-paid return shipping labels to the customer and the shipping cost for returning the products will be deducted from the refund.

After the 30-day returns period, customers may use the ExxPower Warranty Policy for repairs if the item is faulty or malfunctioning. Please refer to the ExxPower Warranty Policy for details.

Refunds Policy

Returns may be requested for a refund if one of the following conditions is met:

  • Within 30 days of receiving the goods, the customer finds that the product has been damaged during transportation and can provide a certificate of damage;

  • Within 30 days of receiving the goods, the customer finds that the product is seriously inconsistent with the description of the original product in one or more important aspects;

  • Within 30 days after the customer receives the goods, it is found that the product has a performance failure that is not artificially damaged. The customer should assist us in completing all the battery testing, and both parties confirm that the product does have quality problems.

Processing:

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 working days.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Cancellation of order 

ExxPower generally sends out your orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, please contact ExxPower as soon as possible to cancel the order and the customer will get a refund within 24 hours if the products are not sent out.

Cancellation Policy for Shipped Orders: Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or departed from our warehouse, any cancellation request will be processed as a return. In such cases, the buyer shall be responsible for all round-trip shipping costs and any additional handling fees associated with special items (e.g., hazardous materials or heavy-duty goods).

The customer must personally refuse the delivery of the package. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will process the refund within 3 business days.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@exxpower.com.

New Orders:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
