Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ExxPower. We ensure that every ExxPower product undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment. If you have any questions or concerns after receiving your product, please contact us at support@exxpower.com.

The following Return & Refund Policy applies to all ExxPower products.

Return Policy

Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date of purchase. After submitting your return request by email, we will respond within 24 hours.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging.

Return Process

Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@exxpower.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will issue a Return Authorization and provide return shipping instructions.

Returns & Exchanges

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

For orders that include Shipping Protection, ExxPower will cover all round-trip shipping costs for returns or exchanges initiated within 14 days of delivery.

If Shipping Protection was not purchased, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange, including both outbound and return shipping.

Inspection

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

Product Failure Within the 14-Day Return Period

If the product experiences a malfunction within the 14-day return period, the customer must have installed and operated the product according to the instructions provided in the product manual.

Product Failure After the 14-Day Return Period

If a product develops a defect or malfunction after the 14-day return period, customers may request repair or warranty service in accordance with the ExxPower Warranty Policy. Please refer to the ExxPower Warranty Policy for complete details.

Return Address

Because we operate multiple return warehouses, please contact ExxPower Customer Support at support@exxpower.com to obtain the correct return address before shipping any item back.

Refund Policy

Customers may request a return and refund if any of the following conditions apply:

  • Within 14 days of delivery, the product is found to have been damaged during shipping and valid proof of damage is provided.
  • Within 14 days of delivery, the product is found to differ materially from its original description in significant respects.
  • Within 14 days of delivery, the product experiences a performance failure due to a non-human-caused defect. The customer must cooperate with all requested battery diagnostics and testing procedures, and both parties must confirm that the issue is the result of a product quality defect.

Refund Processing

Once your return request has been approved, we will begin processing your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 2–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If you have not yet received your refund, please first verify your bank account and then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.

Shipping Damage

Shipping Protection covers situations where the condition of the product changes during transit due to reasons beyond our control, including carrier-caused damage, changes to the product’s condition, or missing accessories, as well as qualifying returns made after the standard 14-day return period.

For orders that include Shipping Protection, ExxPower will handle the claim and provide compensation where applicable. If Shipping Protection was not purchased, customers are responsible for filing any claims directly with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation

ExxPower generally ships orders within 1–2 business days.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact ExxPower as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, a full refund will typically be processed within 24 hours.

Cancellation of Shipped Orders

Once an order has entered processing or left our warehouse, any cancellation request will be treated as a return. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping charges, as well as any additional handling fees associated with special items such as hazardous materials or oversized freight.

Customers must personally refuse delivery of the package. After the package is returned to our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Products

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same model, please contact us at support@exxpower.com.

Exchanging for a Different Product

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different model or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

For customers who purchased Shipping Protection, ExxPower will cover the applicable return shipping costs. Customers who did not purchase Shipping Protection are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with the exchange.
