Shipping Policy

Welcome to ExxPower! We are committed to providing high-quality golf cart batteries and exceptional customer service. To ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience, please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

We offer standard shipping for all orders within the continental United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping

All orders within the continental United States qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Box Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address for delivery.

Hazardous Materials

Due to transportation regulations, certain products may be classified as hazardous materials and may not be eligible for shipment to all locations. If your order contains such items, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this information to track your package through the carrier’s official website.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team at support@exxpower.com for assistance.

Shipping Protection

Our Shipping Protection service covers packages against loss, partial loss, damage, misdelivery, and delivery delays during transit. The coverage terms are as follows:

Lost or Partially Lost Packages

  • Determination: A domestic shipment that has not been delivered within 30 days after shipment will be considered lost. (Where applicable, the threshold for international shipments is 60 days.)
  • Porch Theft (Marked as Delivered but Not Received): Customers must provide a police report, security camera footage, or official documentation from the carrier confirming the loss.
  • Compensation: Reimbursement is based on the discounted purchase price of the product. Shipping charges and taxes are covered only if they were included in the original insured order.

Shipping Damage

  • Determination: Covered damage includes obvious breakage, bending, crushing, or similar physical damage. Photos of both the damaged product and the outer packaging are required.
  • Compensation: For partial damage, compensation may include the cost of replacement parts plus shipping charges or a partial cash reimbursement. For total damage, reimbursement will equal the discounted purchase price paid for the product.

Carrier Misdelivery

  • Determination: The Proof of Delivery (POD) shows that the package was delivered to an address different from the shipping address provided in the order, excluding cases caused by customer error.
  • Compensation: If the package can be recovered, we will cover the cost of redelivery. If it cannot be recovered, the claim will be handled as a lost package.

Delivery Delays

If your order is not delivered within the promised delivery timeframe, you will receive a fixed compensation of USD $5 per order. If the package is subsequently determined to be lost, the remaining covered value of the order will also be reimbursed in accordance with this policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

For orders that include Shipping Protection, ExxPower will cover all round-trip shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges initiated within 14 days of delivery.

If Shipping Protection was not purchased, the customer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
