Item was packed well

Item was packed well. Although box showed some damage, contents seemed ok. Everything was as described. Install was quick and easy. Instructions were a little vague, but at least were in English. Time will tell, but appears to be well made, hardware was nicely packaged.

Installation in my Club Car Onward went great. A lot of extra room in the battery bay. 270 lbs of weight savings. The cart will go 25mph with no problem, the lead acid batteries would only do 24mph. Hills now are not a problem climbs right up them.

Damaged Product

I couldn’t wait for this battery to get here , I’ve researched a lot of batteries and chose Exx Power and was excited about it , until I opened the box and saw the damage on one of the top corners. I reached out to the insurance company as soon as I opened the box , which was as soon as FedEx delivered it on Thursday Aug. 6 . I have asked for a replacement battery instead of a full refund, waiting on their review. Hopefully this is resolved soon and I can give an accurate product review. What an upgrade. Installing the battery was really easy as it was just drop in and go. I opted to not mount the charger in the cart for now as it looks like I may only need to charge it monthly. Very happy with this purchase!!

C1 36 Volt battery in an Ez-go txt.

Installed my C1 36 Volt battery. Impressed with the overall quality of the battery. Everything in the install went well. When I went to initially charge the battery my charger would not cycle on. I reached out to customer service. This was 9:30 p.m. est. , surprisingly to me I was immediately sent a reply and even a phone call. Simple issue my battery needed to be on to charge.
I’ll tell more as time passes. So far so good. Impressed with the product and the customer service to this point.

Mixed Review
I have a 1997 Club Car, 48V model with an OBC, and I ran into several problems while installing the ExxPower battery.
Issues I encountered
1. It did not fit in my golf cart, and I had to cut part of the frame to make it fit.
2. It came with no instructions for bypassing the OBC.
3. The included screws and butterfly nuts are low quality.
Overall, it took me hours to figure out how to install the battery correctly. I also tried to get help through your website but could not find anyone to assist me. Because of that experience, the claim that it can be installed in minutes is misleading. The battery itself is a good product and so far is working great.

Came delivered in great shape at 40% SOC. Packaged well. I put on charge to bring up to 100% and balance, but will charge to 90-95 afterwards. App is excellent for charger and battery, and gauge is simple and effective. Time Will tell on durability but I'm impressed this far.

Nice battery

Nice battery, this is my fourth conversion. I went with this one because of the sale, plus the round display versus the square one. It makes for a cleaner professional install. I also like the remote power button which is also indicative of a higher priced unit. My 2 cons were the bottom mount holes don’t line up with any of the Bolt Energy mounting plate holes which is a bummer and the positive and negative protective covers are too small for any good. I will purchase again if on sale like this one was.

Slow shipping

Very slow shipping took almost 3 weeks to get. Battery seems to be well made straight forward install except for remote button need clear instructions would of 5 starred it but shipping was shipping time was slow and not on fedex they didn't get a tracking label made until about 4 days before it arrived

Very nice kit. Cart performs much better on the lithium setup. No more lead acid mess. Shipping was not as quick as advertised, but still with in 2 weeks from order date.
